Project Scope:  
The project consisted of approximately 255 feet of 3-inch pipe that serves as the off loading and transfer system for marine fuel deliveries at Pilot Station. The piping system was removed and a new pipeline system installed in its place, according to the engineering provided by GNE. The system included the connection header at the docking point; piping from the marine header to the School Districts tank farm; tie- in piping to the existing tank header piping; the valving for isolation, control, and testing; an underground section of buried pipeline; pipe supports, guides, and anchors; the corrosion protection system for the buried pipe.

  • Design Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural drawings and specifications for client review
  • Provided permitting assistance
  • Provided engineering administration including DCVR responses, submittal review, contract change orders, progress payment processing, weekly project status report to client, and project close out
  • Provided field engineering for oversight and inspection of work
  • Provided final inspection
